CORPUS CHRISTI TX - Several people were injured at a local Quinceanera celebration last night that turned violent after a major fight broke out.
Three people were shot including a security guard that was trying to break the fight.
It happened at the Moravian Hall on the 5600 block of Kostoryz just after 10 p.m. Saturday night.
Investigators have arrested three people for aggravated assault: a 17 year-old female, a 30 year-old man and a 40-year-old man. They aren't sure who fired the weapon, but believe all three were directly involved.
Police say the fight started inside the hall between a group of females that escalated outside.
The security guard was shot in the arm, and the other two victims were shot in the abdomen. All three are expected to be okay.
Police found a handgun inside the hall and several shell casings outside. They are still investigating the incident.
